BPA: The Gender Bending Chemical in Your Food and Drinks,

I found this fascinating quote today:

In an unrelenting effort to glean greater and greater profits, regardless of what harm is done to their customers, food suppliers are using every underhanded method possible.

Voluntary simplicity is becoming the only way you can protect your health. Incredibly, even the mad cow scandal didn't impress the public enough to think long and hard about consuming any processed and unnatural foods.

Medical science has done extensive research on how consumption of processed food affects health and
the results are alarming.

There is enough reason already part of public knowledge to give us incentives to turn to volumtary simplicity.
